Wapakoneta Manor, proudly part of the Luxor Healthcare family , is looking for a friendly, professional Weekend Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
This is a great opportunity to join a facility that is growing under new leadership and focused on creating a welcoming, organized environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Schedule:
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Provide general administrative support to the facility
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk area
Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed
Ensure front desk coverage and smooth communication flow
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, professional demeanor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and phone system skills
Dependable and punctual
Previous receptionist or office experience preferred, but not required
