Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time)

Central Gardens Post Acute is looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Weekend Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping others, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a warm, welcoming environment, we invite you to apply.

As the first point of contact for our facility, you'll play an important role in ensuring residents, visitors, families, and staff feel welcomed and supported.

Position: Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time)

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Location: Central Gardens Post Acute

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents, visitors, vendors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain facility access protocols
• Take accurate messages and relay information in a timely manner
• Provide general information and assist with inquiries
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
• Support administrative and clerical functions as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Promote a positive first impression of the facility at all times

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment
• Reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
