Receptionist – Part Time Weekends
100 Edella Rd, Clarks Summit, PA 18411
Abington Manor is currently hiring a Receptionist for part time WEEKENDs (Saturday and Sunday, 10am-5pm). Additional coverage as needed. We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic candidates to join our exceptional team!
Requirements of the Receptionist:
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is required.
Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
