Coda Search has partnered with a highly regarded law firm of national standing, with offices in Midtown Manhattan. As the firm continues its strong growth trajectory, it is looking to add an accomplished Senior Revenue Analyst to its finance department. This influential position will help refine billing procedures, strengthen revenue reporting, and partner with legal and finance leadership to advance the firm’s financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support billing, collections, and revenue processes, confirming that they are accurate, efficient, and consistent with firm policies.
\n
• Design and introduce best practices for revenue reporting, recognizing areas where processes can be improved or automated.
\n
• Produce thorough weekly and monthly revenue reports for the full practice division, offering key analysis to senior leadership.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate core revenue and collections metrics to inform data-based decisions.
\n
• Partner with IT and Finance to refine financial systems, simplify workflows, and expand reporting functionality.
\n
• Serve as the main point of contact between the finance team and the firm’s practice groups, promoting shared understanding of revenue targets.

Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
\n
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, billing, and collections at a law firm or professional services organization.
\n
• Advanced knowledge of law firm billing platforms (familiarity with Aderant, Elite, or comparable systems is advantageous).
\n
• Strong analytical orientation, with expert Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and financial analysis).
