Position: Product Owner

\n \nWe are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Product Owner to support Agile Release Train (ART) delivery within a SAFe environment. This role is responsible for managing the team backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring the development team delivers value aligned with the product vision and roadmap defined by the Product Manager. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, deep Agile experience, and a solid understanding of cloud technologies. Experience with government systems is preferred.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\nCollaborate with the Product Manager to understand the product vision, roadmap, and features.
\nOwn and manage the team backlog; prioritize user stories to maximize value delivery.
\nDefine clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
\nParticipate in PI (Program Increment) planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt workshops.
\nWork closely with development teams to ensure alignment and clarity on requirements.
\nServe as the voice of the customer within the Agile team, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
\nSupport cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
\n \nRequired Qualifications:
\n5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical environment.
\nStrong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
\nExperience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with technical architects, business resources, and clients to drive decisions.
\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
\nPreferred Qualifications:
\nExperience working with or within government systems or regulated environments.
\nBackground in enterprise SaaS or platform products.
\nSAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent.
\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
\nEducation: Preferred - bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Project Management, Software Engineering, or similar.
